Can you work with clients outside of New Jersey?

Yes!  Totilo CPA was designed to be fully remote, so I can work with clients anywhere in the U.S.  Whether you're here in NJ or across the country, we'll connect securely and conveniently - no travel or office visits required.

Is my information secure?

Absolutely.  Your privacy and security are a top priority.  All documents and communication are handled through TaxDome, a secure platform that uses bank-level encryption to protect your data.  We also ask clients to enable two-factor authentication for an added layer of safety.  You can feel confident that your information is in good hands.

What kinds of clients do you work with?

I work with individuals, families, and small business owners who want clear compassionate support with their finances.  Whether you're filing your first return, juggling family expenses, or running a growing business, I offer tax preparation and bookkeeping services tailored to your life.  My goal is to make the numbers feel manageable and even empowering, no matter where you're starting from.  

What's the best way to communicate with you?

I am available by phone, email and through our secure portal.  I aim to respond promptly and keep communication clear and stress-free.  If you ever feel stuck or unsure, just reach out as I am here to help. 

How do I get started?

How do payments work?

Invoices are sent through our secure portal, and you can pay online with ease.  I'll always be transparent about pricing - no surprises, just straightforward service.
